Use of the service

You must be at least 21 and use InfuseKit only as permitted by applicable law. This prelaunch website provides product information; it does not sell cannabis or subscriptions.

Recipes and AI

Recipes and AI suggestions require your judgment. Check ingredient labels, allergens, quantities, food handling and equipment instructions. Images cannot establish allergen absence or potency. InfuseKit provides no medical advice, personal-dose recommendation or cannabinoid measurement.

Future subscriptions

Purchases will be handled by the App Store or Google Play. The app will show the actual price, period, trial eligibility and renewal terms before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the store. Deleting the app or account does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are subject to store procedures and applicable rights.

Acceptable use

Do not bypass usage limits, submit unlawful content or attempt unauthorized access. Upload only material you have permission to share.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular result.

Apple license

The Apple standard end-user license agreement applies to the iOS app unless a different valid license is supplied.
