Delete your account

The public app has not launched. If you participated in connected testing or provided information to support, request deletion by email.

Send the request from your account email when possible. We may verify ownership before deleting information. Do not send passwords.

We will explain information that must be retained for legal or security reasons. Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
